On a classic invoicing form, one invoice takes minutes of clicking. Here it takes one sentence: "Invoice Lendület Globál Kft. for the June office cleaning: 4 sessions at 18,000 HUF plus VAT." The secretary resolves the saved partner and shows a preview card with net, VAT, and gross broken out per line. You see exactly what NAV will receive. The invoice remains a draft until you press the separate issue button. You can also dictate the sentence or photograph the paper; it reads both.
Month's end is the bigger half
The secretary pulls your incoming invoices from NAV and suggests bookkeeping categories learned from your past approvals. It reconciles the statement you download from your bank against your invoices. It never connects to your bank and cannot transfer money. It works through your VAT, assembles the monthly package for your accountant, and prepares the VAT return; the submit button is yours alone. Open items collect on one card, each with a one-click action.
It learns as it goes: partner memory and a searchable invoice history live in its own database, and categorization and matching follow your decisions. The longer you use it, the better it knows your business.
It stops before things go wrong
One-off invoices, cancellations, emails, and submissions are all preceded by a confirmation card; automation is opt-in. Dictate 1,800,000 HUF for a buyer whose largest invoice so far was 180,000, and the secretary asks whether a zero slipped in. You can set amount and daily-count limits, along with passkey approval for large sums. Only irreversible actions, live issuing and cancellation, use red.
The numbers never come from the model
Deterministic code computes net, VAT, and gross. Hungarian VAT runs from zero to 27%, while the text codes AAM, EUT, and TAM all mean 0% on different legal grounds. The AI understands the request and picks the operation; an evaluation suite measures that choice with real model calls through the production entry point. A fixed state machine and append-only log sit underneath. An idempotency key prevents duplicate issuing, and AES-256-GCM encrypts the NAV key. The system retries stuck submissions and reconciles daily against NAV's records.
